On January 27, 2010, Deputy Economy Minister of Russia Igor Manylov gave the report “On measures taken by the government of the Russian Federation for the creation of a single federal system of state cadastral record-keeping of real estate and state registration of rights on real estate and transactions with it and improving the quality and access of public services in this sphere” at the Federation Council of Russia as part of the government hour.
