Recommended procedure for submitting applications by representatives of print and electronic media to the Economic Development Ministry’s press and information department:

1. General applications are to be submitted to the minister’s advisor, Svetlana Glikman.

2. The applications must be written on an editor’s blank and signed by the managing supervisor (chief editor, feature editor).
3. The application must contain the following:

1. subject matter (the subject of the application);
2. a link to the source of information about the subject matter(media, information agencies, authorized representatives of government bodies, public organizations, etc.);
3. a list of questions;
4. if there is a prior agreement or an approval, list the department, office, specialist of the ministry to answer the posed questions or organize an interview;
5. contact information of the editorial department and the correspondent (tel. No., e-mail).

4. Applications can be submitted by fax No. (499) 250-85-56 and by e-mail - presscenter@economy.gov.ru during working hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
5. Replies to applications will be submitted within 7 days (in compliance with the law of the Russian Federation “On media”, article 40.).
