State Guarantees

Information on performing selection of investment projects and principals so as to provide state guarantees of the Russian Federation under credits or bonded loans raised for investment projects implementation.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia informs about conducting of investment projects and principals selection so as to provide state guarantees of the Russian Federation under credits or bonded loans raised for investment projects implementation. Investment project and principals are selected to implement the Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1016 of December 14, 2010 “On Approval of Selection Rules of Investment Projects and Principals for Provision of State Guarantees of the Russian Federation under Credits or Bonded Loans Raised for Investment Projects Implementation”.

Procedure for receiving documents produced by the principals for selection of investment projects and principals for provision of state guarantees of the Russian Federation under credits or bonded loans raised for investment projects implementation.

To take part in the investment projects and principals selection for provision of state guarantees of the Russian Federation under credits or bonded loans raised for investment projects implementation, a principal shall send documents to the federal executive body performing functions on state policy formation and normative legal regulation in the sphere of the project realization (hereinafter — the “Authorized Federal Body”).

The Authorized Federal Body carries on reception of documents submitted by the principal while investment projects and principals selection for provision of state guarantees of the Russian Federation under credits or bonded loans raised for investment projects implementation in accordance with the Rules for Records Management in Federal Executive Bodies approved by the Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 477 of June 15, 2009.
