17 august 2006. Director of Corporate Governance Department Anna V. Popova spoke to the Deputy Minister of Justice of Czech Republic. The topic of the meeting was "Updating of bankruptcy systems and ways of bankruptcy law developing in Czech Republic and Russian Federation". During the meeting the following questions were discussed:  1. Bankruptcy system in Russia and Czech Republic 2. Points of updating bankruptcy law in Russia and Czech Republic 3. Information exchange between governmental and court  bodies in bankruptcy sphere 4. Electronic data base of bankruptcy information.

As the result of the meeting there is an overview of the nowadays Czech bankruptcy system and the bill of the new bankruptcy.
